Bondoc Roofing , your office is the city. You'll meet homeowners face-to-face, learn valuable sales skills, and earn strong commissions while working with a team that actually enjoys what they do.
We're
not your typical "sales bro" company . Many of our best reps came from careers like: Servers and bartenders Teachers and coaches Stay-at-home parents returning to work People stuck in low-ceiling 9-5 jobs No roofing or construction experience required. If you're motivated, personable, and willing to learn, we'll train you. We love enthusiasm, but it is important to note that this is a commission-driven role built on field sales and proactive engagement. If you don't have proven experience closing deals face-to-face (yes, sometimes door-to-door!), you won't be set up for success here.What You'll Be Doing
Your days won't look the same every day - and that's exactly the point.
You'll spend most of your time out in the field meeting homeowners, building relationships, and helping people understand their roofing needs with confidence.
A typical week may include:
Meeting homeowners face-to-face and guiding them through their roof inspection Flying drones over homes across San Antonio to document roof conditions Climbing roofs and taking in some of the best views in the city Taking photos, documenting notes, and completing inspections using iPads and digital tools Bringing coffee and donuts to prospective clients (yes, it works!) Representing Bondoc Roofing while door knocking and connecting with local neighborhoods Attending Home & Garden shows and company events Some days you'll be in neighborhoods talking with homeowners. Other days you'll be up on roofs inspecting and documenting. No two days are exactly the same - and if you like staying active and working with people, that's where this role shines.Compensation & Perks
$60,000 - $100,000+ annual earning potential Uncapped commissions 1099 position at the beginning Opportunity to transition into
