Job Title
In an effort to continue to expand the fixed income and capital markets services US Bank offers to its customers, US Bank is expanding its Asset Backed Securitization ("ABS") team to include an additional ABS syndicate resource. The ABS syndicate role will be responsible for (i) working with ABS sales and trading to evaluate investor activity and potential demand in various ABS asset classes, (ii) working with ABS bankers and issuers to generate ABS lead manager mandates, and (iii) monitoring/managing order books for lead managed term ABS issuances. Essential Qualifications
5+ years ABS syndicate experience at a major term ABS underwriting institution Strong ABS issuer and investor relationships Experienced with ABS models, financial software and market data (including Bloomberg & Intex) Strong desire to build and grow a business Strong ABS structural knowledge by asset class (including rating agency methodologies, investor stress assumptions, compliance/regulatory issues) U.S. Bank is an equal opportunity employer.
