We're looking for a Senior Guidewire EPO to define the roadmap and capabilities for a large-scale product suite across multiple regional markets. You'll align strategic objectives with core business drivers to maximize product value and delivery quality.
Key Responsibilities: Guidewire Leadership:
Leverage 5+ years of Guidewire expertise to shape enterprise-level product offerings. Strategic Vision:
Define the product roadmap based on market trends, research, and competitive analysis. Backlog & Agile:
Convert high-level priorities into detailed user stories and process flows; lead sprint reviews and iteration planning. Stakeholder Management:
Present to executive leadership and manage high-level vendor relationships. Quality & Strategy:
Oversee usability testing, QA plans, and the integration of product strategy with distribution channels. Qualifications:
Experience:
5+ years in Guidewire ecosystems (Policy, Claim, or Billing). Skills:
Strong Agile leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to translate complex needs into functional requirements. Communication:
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional development teams.
