Trade Compliance Analyst
As a Trade Compliance Analyst, you will play an integral part in executing Peloton's Customs policies and procedures, with a primary focus on compliance with US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) regulations. Reporting to Peloton's Senior Manager, Trade Compliance, you will oversee Peloton's Customs brokers, ensure timely, accurate & compliant payments of import tariffs, and generally maintain & strengthen Peloton's "reasonable care" controls. The ideal candidate for this role challenges themself to continuously improve Peloton's global trade compliance program, partnering cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders (external service providers, Product, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations and Logistics). Your Daily Impact At Peloton Oversee, measure and audit the accuracy and timeliness of Peloton's global Customs brokers in the US & Canada, with occasional support provided to Peloton's UK, German and Australian markets Conduct regular audits of Peloton's import data and duty payments, utilizing CBP's ACE and CBSA's CARM portals Assign global Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) Classifications for Peloton's new SKUs and product lines Assist in the execution of Peloton's duty drawback and value reconciliation programs Maintain timely and complete Customs recordkeeping for Peloton's global imports and exports Conduct Denied Party Screening (DPS) in Peloton's Global Trade Management (GTM) tool Assist in the creation and continuous improvement of Peloton's global trade compliance SOPs and policies Proactively monitor and raise new trade compliance developments that have the potential to impact the business You Bring To Peloton Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience working for an importer, Customs broker and/or trade consultancy Comprehensive knowledge of Customs regulations (including recent US tariff stacking rules), the Harmonized Tariff Schedule, and CBP's duty drawback and value reconciliation programs Customs Broker License is a plus Experience with ThomsonReuters ONESOURCE GTM is a plus Excellent written & verbal communication Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, with the ability to work cross functionally across a variety of internal stakeholders, external service providers and global teams Ability to manage multiple priorities in a timely manner Excellent organizational skills Proficient in Google Suite & Microsoft Excel Base Salary Range: $71,600$84,700 USD About Peloton Peloton (NASDAQ: PTON) provides Members with expert instruction, and world class content to create impactful and entertaining workout experiences for anyone, anywhere and at any stage in their fitness journey.
