Bilingual (Spanish) Intake Specialist
Manuel Diaz Law Firm, PC. is looking for an ambitious, dedicated, outgoing, and passionate Bilingual (Spanish) Intake Specialist to join our team. Reports to the Intake Manager. The Intake Specialist will provide a broad spectrum of sales and customer service under the supervision of an Intake attorney. Responsibilities include conducting potential client consultations, managing client interaction to facilitate communication, locating and developing relevant case information, typing up and filing basic legal documents and correspondence, assisting team in gathering documents from clients, answering and directing phone calls, maintaining and conducting contact lists of potential clients for follow-ups. Qualifications and skills include excellent customer service skills, excellent sales and negotiation skills, computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel; Adobe Acrobat), proficiency in English and Spanish, excellent secretarial and organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure. Schedule is Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturdays. Work location is Dallas Office.
