Summary
The Room Service Representative role is responsible for coordinating meal service, working closely with all patients and caregivers. Triages issues to appropriate Nutrition personnel, allowing for prompt intervention.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Basic computer skills and customer service experience preferred
