We are a small but growing team, in need of an Architectural Designer. At Framework, we pride ourselves on listening to our clients and being creative in our solutions, while clearly communicating and moving quickly to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate is collaborative, technically strong, detail-oriented, and motivated to contribute to projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and coordinate construction documents in Revit for commercial projects.
Collaborate on a day-to-day basis with colleagues to refine project drawings and resolve code or technical challenges.
Create design and construction documents from project conception through construction administration.
Manage assigned tasks and contribute to project deliverables both independently and within a team environment.
Work closely and daily with the project architect and/or project manager and other team members.
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal team members.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Minimum Qualifications:
Degree from an accredited Architecture program; candidates pursuing licensure preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience.
Proficiency in Revit. Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred but not required.
Experience with a variety of software platforms such as the Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, SketchUp, Bluebeam Revu or other related programs.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
