LGI Homes is seeking a Recruiter at our Corporate Headquarters in The Woodlands, Texas. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated recruiting professional who is excited to dive in to the LGI Homes culture and hire the best. The Recruiter is responsible for posting jobs, screening resumes, and interviewing top talent for LGI Homes open positions, nationwide. This role will work directly with LGI Homes senior management, and provide at least 3 qualified candidates for each job opening to hiring managers. The Recruiter will coordinate interview days, recruiting events, and assist with various recruiting projects as needed. A Bachelor’s degree is required for this role, along with a preferred minimum of two years of recruiting and sourcing experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone, and maintain a professional, positive attitude.
