Core Responsibilities
Lead Conversion:
Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and text in both English and Spanish to ensure zero lead drop-off.
Outbound Follow-ups:
Conduct disciplined outbound calls to new and existing leads to guide them through the booking process.
Lead Qualification:
Gather accurate move details (inventory, locations, scheduling) to provide precise estimates.
CRM Management:
Maintain detailed, real-time records in our CRM to ensure operational continuity across shifts.
