578821### Job TitleSales Support Specialist (Image Guided Therapy-Devices)### Job DescriptionIGT-Devices Sales Support Specialist supports the implementation of the goals of the business unit in the Zone IIG (Italy, Israel and Greece), working closely with Sales, Marketing, Sales Back Office (SBO) and representatives of the business unit (in Europe and at International level).You will play an essential role in co-development and execution of events, and all the other marketing and commercial activities of IGT-D.**Your role:***Event Excellence:** Contribute defining event goals, concepts, and schedules, working closely with Sales, Marketing and Clinical Application teams.* Manage the administrative side of events, such as the contracting process and the purchase orders (POs) activities.* Assist in the practical organization of events including coordination of shipping materials, booth design, and other congress’ preparation activities and services needed (e.g. marketing & technical equipment).* Ensure accurate application of events policies.* Maintain compliance reporting and archiving tools.* Support negotiations with providers and value-creation initiatives to make the difference in the events’ success.*Commercial Excellence:** Support the oversight of the tender participation process, from the technical and economic proposition perspective (e.g. the coordination with the Sales team and other departments to ensure timely and accurate tender activation).* Maintain organized records and archives of technical documents.* Contribute to the reporting of tenders’ pipelines, progress, wins and losses, status, translating data into actionable insights to optimize the bidding strategy.* Handle communications with internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales Back Office), aiming the finalization and success of the commercial deals (e.g. public & private customers’ offers, tenders, ...).* Focus on supporting Salesforce CRM and Quotation tool adoption (e.g. creating training materials, communicating new features, monitoring events’ EPT&EMT logging) to increase awareness and proficiency across teams and to ensure that the users maximize the tool's value.**You're the right fit if:*** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Economics, Law or related fields* Professional experience in Commercial Excellence or in Marketing & Events* Experience in medical devices multinational organizations is a plus* Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations* Italian mother tongue and Fluent in English, written and spoken* Project management abilities to handle multiple events simultaneously* Ability to build and care for collaborative relationships across all levels and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment* Hands-on mindset and a passion for experimentation* Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines* Proactive attitude, flexibility, and problem-solving mindset* Availability for travels, if required by business needs* Based in Milan or nearby**How we work together**
