The Reporting Center of Excellence Director is ultimately responsible for defining the organization’s reporting and solution deployment strategy. This is achieved by partnering with cross-functional business stakeholders (e.g. Controllership, FP&A, Operations) and global process owners to define business requirements which are then translated into functional and technical specifications for their team to execute, ensuring solutions adhere to core governance principles and prioritize customer-centric outcomes.The Director will lead the deployment, maintenance, and governance of the data warehouse and middleware ETL tools (e.g. Alteryx, Python), enabling a democratization of data that drives impact business insights. They will also focus on empowering self-service customer-centric reporting by educating users on reporting tools and dimensions, while ensuring all reporting remains consistent, scalable, and serves as the "single source of truth" across the organization.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES****Reporting Requirements Definition*** Partner with cross-functional business stakeholders to define reporting requirements across statutory and management financial reporting* Partner with cross-functional business stakeholders to define operational reporting requirements which drive financial performance* Collaborate with Finance Transformation team members, including global process owners, to identify reporting needs across the O2C, P2P, and R2R process areas* Translate business reporting requirements into functional and technical specifications for execution by the team.* Ensure alignment of reporting solutions with organizational goals and compliance standards.**Execution and Deployment*** Lead deployment, maintenance, and governance of the data warehouse to ensure data integrity, security, and optimal performance.* Deploy, maintain, and govern middleware ETL tools (e.g. Alteryx, Python)* Ensure timely delivery of high-quality reporting solutions that enhance business insights and decision-making.**User Enablement and Governance*** Empower users with self-service reporting capabilities by developing comprehensive training programs and providing ongoing education on reporting tools, dimensionality, and best practices.* Establish and enforce governance frameworks to streamline report creation, eliminate redundancies, and prevent the proliferation of unnecessary reports.* Ensure all reporting solutions are aligned to a unified "source of truth," fostering consistency, accuracy, and trust in organizational data across all user groups**Technical Expertise*** Provide functional expertise in financial reporting and/or data warehouse tools.* Leverage technical knowledge to support the team in delivering high-quality reporting solutions**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES**Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends Global policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.**QUALIFICATIONS**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.**Education & Certification*** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.* Relevant certifications (e.g. CPA, CMA, or tool-specific certifications) are a plus.**Experience*** 10+ years of experience in financial reporting or data warehouse tools, with at least 5 years in a leadership role* Proven expertise in defining and executing reporting requirements across financial and operational metrics* Expertise in middleware/ETL (extract, transform, load) tools is strongly preferred* Experience managing onshore and offshore teams is highly desirable.* Experience in an accounting and/or FP&A role is strongly preferred**Skills & Abilities*** Strong functional knowledge of financial reporting tools and their integration with organizational processes* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to address complex reporting challenges* Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.* Proficiency in project management and process optimization methodologies.**COMPENSATION**
