Head of Brand Design SF or NYC or Remote (US)

The Role We’re looking for a strategic, craft-obsessed, and highly collaborative Head of Brand Design to lead and scale Hex’s brand as we build a generational company in the data and analytics space. Design matters deeply at Hex. We’ve built a strong brand foundation over the past few years. It’s cohesive, respected, and has range. But we’re not iconic yet. The opportunity is to take what exists and push it into something truly distinctive.

This role sits at the intersection of brand, product, and go-to-market. You’ll own and define the long‑term brand vision at Hex across all touch points. You will be an integral voice in an innovative and forward‑looking design culture where creative excellence is valued at the highest levels of leadership.

This is a hands‑on leadership role: you’ll set the direction and raise the bar, while empowering a growing team to ship work they are proud of.
