Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled

Sales Engineer - Heatsink

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of thermal management solutions, specifically heat-sinks, fans, metal parts and experience in technical sales. This role involves identifying potential clients, providing technical guidance, and driving sales growth by developing customer relationships and offering customized solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to promote heat-sink products to OEMs, distributors, and end-users.

Identify and engage potential customers in industries such as electronics, automotive, telecommunications, and industrial equipment.

Provide technical consultation to customers, recommending the best heat-sink solutions based on thermal requirements and application constraints.

Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to offer customized solutions tailored to customer needs.

Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and proposals to clients.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve sales objectives.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide ongoing support to ensure satisfaction.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in thermal management.

Work closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies.

Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.

3+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in thermal management, heat-sinks, or electronic cooling solutions.

Strong understanding of heat-sink design, materials, and manufacturing processes.

Hands-on experience with heat-sink product selection, customization, and integration into electronic systems.

Familiarity with various heat-sink technologies, including extruded, skived-fin, zipper-fin, bonded-fin, and liquid-cooled solutions, vapor chambers, and heat pipes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong customer relationships.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in industries such as electronics, automotive, or aerospace.

Knowledge of CFD simulations or thermal analysis tools.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Experience working with international suppliers or manufacturers of thermal management solutions.

Strong network within the thermal management or electronic components industry.

Understanding of advanced cooling technologies, such as vapor chambers, heat pipes, and liquid cooling systems.

Experience in designing and implementing thermal testing and validation processes.

Ability to collaborate with R&D teams to influence product development based on customer feedback and market trends.
