Inside Sales Trainee

The primary function of the Inside Sales Trainee (IST) is to provide route coverage for the Inside Sales team and backup coverage for the Customer Support team. The IST must be flexible and able to move between multiple responsibilities throughout the day. This role will support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for Inside Sales Managers during vacations, illnesses, injuries, or special REACH projects as needed. The Inside Sales Trainee will work with management to maintain customer relationships and coordinate between sales and field personnel (ASM/DSM) for all Inside Sales (“Tel Sell”) accounts. In addition, the IST will support inbound calls handled by the Customer Support team, including calls from ASMs and customers. Responsibilities will include providing override codes to ASMs, processing invoices and delivery requests for customers, and facilitating the new account setup process for customers who want to start service.
