The Associate, Commerce & Retail Media supports the execution and maintenance of retail media campaigns across major retail media networks. This role is responsible for campaign builds, pacing support, optimization implementation, reporting preparation, and billing documentation in alignment with client governance standards. with precision. This role is execution-focused and foundational to **Responsibilities** **Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).0–2 years of experience in digital media, retail/commerce media, performance marketing, or related fields.Highly detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills.**Technical Skills** Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas)Familiarity with dashboard reporting tools such as Tableau. Experience with Pacvue, Skai, Criteo, or similar campaign management tools is a plus.**Additional Information:**The annual salary range for this position is $39,000-45,000.
