
Account Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Account Manager to join the team to help lead the management of client projects and campaigns, ensuring all initiatives are strategically on target and delivered on time and on budget. This is a full-time position in our Minneapolis or La Crosse office, with a hybrid 30% remote option.
Responsibilities
Develop project timelines and calendars for clients and agency
Manage agency team workflow, ensuring that client deadlines and expectations are met
Gain in-depth understanding of clients’ marketing objectives and target audiences
Assist agency teams in the development of strategies that drive clients’ businesses
Create client proposals and cost estimates
Correspond and meet with clients to provide a consistent level of service that exceeds expectations
Manage some vendor relations and correspondence (printers, translators, photographers, etc.)
Qualifications
4+ years of account/project management experience; agency experience preferred
Experience working in ClickUp, Basecamp and/or other project management software
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, mass communication, or similar field
Ability to multitask and manage multiple timelines, clients, and projects
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Experience contributing to advertising/marketing campaigns from inception to completion
Professional demeanor and ability to build and maintain supportive relationships
