This position weaves together expertise in content strategy, information architecture, semantic modeling, and applied AI literacy, with a solid foundation in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO). Your mission will involve architecting AI-native, agent-compatible content ecosystems that are both brand-centric and structurally robust, continually enhanced through signals, metadata, and feedback loops. Key Responsibilities
Designing AI-Native Content Ecosystems:
Create flexible content architectures that support reuse, personalization, and multi-channel adaptability. Establish taxonomies, ontologies, and metadata schemas to optimize agent comprehension and retrieval efficiency. Build content models aimed at facilitating accurate comparisons and decision support. Ensure that product, service, and policy content is fully machine-readable and aligned with agent-driven discovery. Developing GEO & AEO Content Strategies:
Identify content domains critical for influencing agent decisions and recommendations. Construct structured content frameworks that improve findability and authoritative standing. Collaborate with GEO professionals to integrate insights into content optimization. Set standards for diverse content types that support generative outputs and adaptability. Creating Modular Narrative Systems:
Develop messaging frameworks that maintain brand integrity while allowing for dynamic content recombination. Identify content variables, such as tone and framing, that can be adjusted for maximum impact. Translate brand voice into structured formats for consistent deployment across AI systems. Work closely with Creative and UX teams to ensure content supports cohesive user journeys. Continuous Content Optimization:
Design and implement experiments to test narrative structures and content variations. Create performance measurement frameworks connecting agent retrieval and conversion influences. Consolidate optimization results into scalable governance standards for marketing and customer experience teams. Guide evolution of content ecosystems through ongoing testing and analysis. Enterprise-Level Collaboration:
Lead workshops to synchronize marketing, commerce, product, legal, and technology teams around AI-focused content strategy. Define enterprise-wide content standards for better scalability and governance. Offer guidance on transforming content operating models for effective agentic commerce. Advise stakeholders on implications and opportunities within AI-driven ecosystems. Basic Qualifications:
5+ years in content strategy, structured content systems, or information architecture, preferably in Retail and Consumer Goods & Services. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Communications, Information Architecture, or Design. Expertise in taxonomy, ontology, metadata, and modular content development. Familiarity with GEO and AEO principles. Experience collaborating with data science and engineering teams for implementing structured content solutions. Strong communication skills, especially in engaging senior stakeholders. Understanding of production specifications and governance for scalable content systems. Passion for innovation and commitment to aiding clients in adopting AI-driven content models responsibly.
