As a Senior Client Success Advisor, you will play a vital role in enhancing client experiences by optimizing onboarding processes, training programs, communications, and user adoption strategies throughout the client lifecycle. Your ability to build meaningful relationships with clients and internal teams will showcase the value of Wave's innovative solutions. Your responsibilities will include: Sharing additional use cases regularly to identify expansion opportunities and drive product adoption and client satisfaction. Facilitating engaging client activities such as workshops and strategic outreach, particularly highlighting our GenAI-enabled Virtual Coach. Working collaboratively with a cross-functional team to resolve issues related to client engagement and product adoption, serving as a strong advocate for our clients. Staying informed about client needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide thought leadership and optimize delivery strategies. Contributing to contract extensions, renewals, and collaborating with leadership on billing matters. This role involves approximately 20% travel to meet the diverse needs of our client base and ensure the highest level of service. You will be part of the McKinsey Transformation Practice, based in Chicago, and will work with teams across the Americas region. Your expertise will enable large-scale transformations through Wave, a cloud-based program management solution that empowers teams to track initiatives against business goals, budgets, and timelines. Qualifications include: An undergraduate degree with an excellent academic record; an MBA/graduate degree is a plus. 3+ years in account management, client relationship management, or similar roles in a consultative environment. Experience with SaaS or digital products; an understanding of project management and change management is advantageous.
