The Role The Global Sales Coordinator is a team player who can work well both independently in this remote role and as a part of a larger dynamic team. The Coordinator assists up to 10 Directors and Managers, focusing on the non-selling functions of the department to optimize the sales team’s time on pursuing and securing additional business.

Responsibilities also include:

Plan, prepare, and coordinate for tradeshow

Manage expense reports and billbacks

Support daily communication with accounts, hotels, and individual travel advisors

Prepare sales reports

Create and update marketing and sales materials, including Quarterly Business Reviews, marketing flyers, and sales presentations

Assist in completing RFPs

Assist in the team’s workflow, monthly team calls, and overall team connectivity

Extensive administrative responsibilities as it relates to sales, organization, timelines, deadlines, and more

Qualifications Experience Required:

2+ years of experience in the same field, industry, or other equivalent business/ function role

Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook

Demonstrated ability to partner and support in a fast-paced environment

Experience Preferred:

On property group/MICE sales coordinator experience within a Hyatt Hotel

The hourly rate for this position is $26.67 to $30.77. The final pay rate offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
