Hours: Mon – Fri 08:45 - 18:00 and rotational Saturday Sat 09.30 - 16.30

Close liaison with: Branch Manager, Listers, Associates, Other Sales Negotiators
We are currently recruiting for an exceptional Senior Sales Negotiator to join our successful team. Key Responsibilities As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in connecting Vendors and applicants ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience for both parties.
Registering interest and arranging viewings: Be the catalyst in connecting potential buyers with their perfect property
First-Class Customer Service: Delight Vendors and applicants alike with exceptional service, exceeding their expectations every step of the way
Going the Extra Mile: Stand out by providing personalised attention and ensuring applicants needs are expertly managed
Master of the Offer Process: Take charge of managing the offer process from start to finish, ensuring smooth negotiations and successful outcomes
Target Driven: Embrace the challenge of setting and surpassing targets, leveraging your passion for delivering results
