Era Living is seeking a full-time Lead Server to become the newest member of our Dining Services team located in our University House Wallingford, Seattle, WA. Available shifts will be scheduled Sunday - Thursday, 11:30am - 08:00pm (on Wednesdays - from 04:00pm till 08:00pm).

Primary Responsibilities: The Lead Server supports the Dining Services Manager with supervising shifts, participating in interviews, and training new staff. The position ensures that all guests to our upscale full service restaurant are treated to a world class dining experience. Able to work Tuesday-Saturday 12:00PM-8:30PM.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Possess basic knowledge and ability to perform food server functions in a health care setting
Ability to ensure and oversee that dining room is ready for service at evening meal
Ability to use good interpersonal skills when interacting with Residents, family members, visitors and co-workers
Ability torea,d write and communicate in English, required
Ability to pass DSHS background check, required
Education and Experience:
First Aid and CPR certified or able to obtain within 30 days of hire
Food Handler’s Certificate or able to obtain within 14 days of hire
Washington State Alcohol Permit or able to obtain within 30 days of hire(if applicable)
