Ability to underwrite moderately complex commercial/business loan & lease requests4. Strong financial analysis skills5. Experience maintaining risk ratings and portfolio credit data1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or related field2. Experience underwriting transactions > $1MM3. Experience underwriting across multiple industries (construction, transportation, industrial, manufacturing, office tech, healthcare, technology)4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)5.
