The Team:
Tax Solutions provides a comprehensive tax operations solution which includes technology, consulting and a robust managed service offering that enables financial services and other clients to meet their compliance needs.
Responsibilities and Impact:
Ability to conduct independent analysis and research, showing initiative and resourcefulness.
Conduct analytics on client metrics and prepare reports to help the team understand service performance and client satisfaction trends
Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Product Specialist team to ensure documentation reflects current best practices
Learn and utilize Salesforce CRM, Tableau and Jira ticketing systems to support case management and client relationship tracking
Partner with senior team members on high-impact projects that provide hands‑on experience in client success methodologies and process optimization
Participate in networking opportunities and tailored learning programs designed to accelerate professional development in client services
Compensation/Benefits Information:

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $25 to $35. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.
Basic Required Qualifications:
Fully matriculated students with anticipated undergraduate graduation date in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027
All majors welcome; Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, majors preferred
The ideal candidate will need to be detail oriented and task driven with a strong work ethic and able to work in a fast‑paced environment along with a big team and should also be able to contribute on an individual basis and as part of a team
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to communicate effectively with onshore team and have an excellent client service ethos
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Right to Work Requirements: This role is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
All employees are required to work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week.
