Job Description
Regulatory Compliance : Ensure products and processes meet Africa, Asia, Latam and other Growth Market regulatory requirements.
Documentation & Submissions : Prepare, compile, and submit regulatory documents to agencies of Africa, Asia, Latam and other Growth Markets.
Agency Interaction : Communicate with regulatory bodies regarding submissions, audits, and compliance issues.
Internal Coordination : Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, QA, manufacturing) to gather data for submissions and ensure compliance throughout product lifecycle.
Monitoring & Advising : Track regulatory changes and advise internal teams on implications.
Training & Education : Provide training on regulatory requirements and best practices.
Audits & Inspections : Conduct internal audits and support external inspections.
Work Experience 2-3 years experience in growth market. Should be well versed with Registration Guidelines.
