R-100430**Job Description Summary**The Limited Energy Internal Business Development Representative is responsible for executing our sales strategy while cultivating relationships with both existing and prospective clients to drive revenue growth. This role focuses primarily on strengthening the established partnership with Hunt Electric, our parent organization. You will collaborate closely with Hunt Electric’s business development representatives and project delivery teams, as well as other partner contractors, to identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline. By ensuring opportunities progress seamlessly through the sales cycle and emphasizing relationship-building and industry engagement, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence.**Job Description:****Role & Responsibilities*** Develop sales pipeline consisting of opportunities for limited energy solutions through developing relationships with assigned electrical partners.* Identify key influencers, budgets, and purchasing criteria across all accounts to tailor sales strategies effectively.* Collaborate with our Corporate Marketing Specialists to prepare sales information and proposals for customers.* Maintain updated pipeline by entering all opportunities in CRM and advancing those opportunities through the sales cycle as necessary.* Attend and participate in weekly sales meetings to align strategies and objectives with team members.* Lead pre-bid estimating kickoff meetings.* Participate in final bid reviews with the Estimating Team and Chief Estimator.* Review and understand the project bid form and the project requirements.* Review bid documents and attend pre-bid meetings and job walks to determine the scope of work.* Create scope of work documents which accurately describe the inclusions, assumptions and clarifications used in preparing bid estimates for smaller projects.* Participate in interviews and respond to customer questions.* Collaborates with the Hunt Electric/ECSI Business Development teams as well as ECSI Designers, Project Managers, General Foreman, and others to resolve issues throughout the project.* Develop relationships with architects, engineers, general contractors and electrical contractors to keep them up to date with new products and solutions offered.* Attend tradeshows and industry meetings for prospecting and staying up to date on product innovations, capabilities, and market/industry trends.* Develop and maintain strong, positive working relationships with product vendors.* Participate in committees and department meetings.**Qualifications and Education Requirements*** Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.* 5+ Years Experience in limited energy sales or related field is a plus.* Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, sales tactics, resource allocation, leadership techniques, production methods and the coordination of manpower and resources.* Ability to develop sales goals that relate specifically to obtaining assigned quota* Ability to understand the scope of the contract documents and the scope of the associated work to be performed.* Strong written and verbal communication skills.* Excellent customer services skills.* Self-motivated and results driven.* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn internal software programs.**Physical Requirements*** This job operates in a professional office environment.* This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, filing cabinets and photocopiers.* Employees are frequently required to sit, stand, and occasionally required to bend, kneel, reach, stoop, or crouch.* This position may occasionally lift up to 10 pounds**Pay Range:**$72,960.00 - $97,280.00Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
