* **Sales & Business Development:** Serve in an entry-level marketing and business development role focused on driving new and recurring revenue within the dialysis segment. Act as an individual contributor responsible for supporting territory sales growth.* **Territory Ownership:** Manage a defined geographic territory with ownership of all dialysis customer relationships within that region. Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers through regular outreach and site visits.* **Customer Engagement:** Contact and engage customers across multiple communication channels—including in-person meetings, phone, email, and virtual platforms—to promote products, services, and solutions that meet dialysis customer needs.* **Market Development:** Identify customer needs, industry challenges, and competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies and marketing initiatives specific to the dialysis segment.* **Marketing Strategy & Proposals:** Develop and create proposals that support marketing and sales strategies tailored to dialysis customers and the assigned business segment.* **Sales Presentations & Demonstrations:** Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations that highlight the value and clinical benefits of products and services offered to dialysis providers.* **Quoting & Proposal Development:** Prepare accurate quotes and proposals for customers and support the sales cycle from opportunity identification through closing.* **CRM Management & Forecasting:** Maintain accurate and timely records in CRM systems to track opportunities, support sales forecasting, and contribute to Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP).* **Customer Satisfaction & Retention:** Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and strengthening relationships to increase wallet share and long-term retention.* **Reporting & Administrative Support:** Generate sales reports, maintain account documentation, and support territory planning to ensure sales goals and service levels are achieved.**ORGANIZATION IMPACT:**
Operates within objectives defined by upper management that are specific to the Dialysis business segment.
Performance directly impacts the execution of sales strategy and the achievement of short-term revenue goals for the Dialysis business segment.
Failure to meet established objectives may affect overall sales performance and strategic initiatives within the assigned segment.**POSITION REQUIREMENTS**FORMAL EDUCATION:**Required:*** BS/BA in related discipline, 3+ years of marketing, engineering, or sales in is required**Preferred:*** **Experience in the dialysis industry, including dialysis water treatment systems.**KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:Required:
**Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate through effective intra-departmental information sharing.**
Skilled in sales techniques with a strong understanding of company products and services.**
Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and grow sales with new and existing customers.**
Comprehensive knowledge within the assigned area of specialization and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.**
Basic proficiency with ERP (SAP) and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).**
