Mission The CRM Manager will contribute to brand profitable growth by designing and implementing local CRM solutions to engage, retain, upsell & recruit consumers and leverage insight and data.

Contract type: Maternity Cover - FTC Contract, 6 months
Main responsibilities
Define and lead the UKI CRM strategy in collaboration with the Digital Director
Lead, manage and develop the CRM executives within the central digital team
Provide CRM guidance and best practice sharing across marketing, eCommerce and digital activation teams
Lead data acquisition initiatives onsite and in-store ensuring GDPR compliance
Champion the UKI customer database management and KPIs
Lead all local segmentation and targeting implementation, reporting and analysis and provide regular customer data insights to the marketing and eCommerce teams
Lead the successful implementation of local eRetail CRM initiatives
Implement local CRM pilots with new technology partners
Lead and champion all UKI-wide CRM initiatives including sharing and understanding of customer data KPIs across the business
Key interface with EMEA CRM team
Profile, skills and experience required
Experience in CRM across both customer acquisition and retention
Experience of managing at least one person directly or indirectly
Experience managing CRM agencies and budgets
Ability to manage multiple datasets and campaigns including nursery programmes, triggers, replenishment initiatives
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in order to achieve cohesion
In-depth knowledge of CRM KPIs, terminology and GDPR compliance
Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised
Proactive, pragmatic and analytical mindset
Passionate about customer data and experience
