Content Specialist . The
Content Specialist
will work with the Content Team to create and maintain web-ready content. The focus of this role is to edit and upload images. PhotoShop experience is required. Experience using a Digital Asset Management (DAM) library isn’t required, but preferable. The content will be keyed from documents such as Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat (PDF) into the Company database platform. The ideal candidate must be capable of entering technical data and product information accurately with a strong background in Images, have Intermediate knowledge of PhotoShop, as well as the ability to work well in a windows-based environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Locate, modify and upload images using Adobe Photoshop. Necessary skills include clipping paths, removing backgrounds, color correction and batch editing. Keep track of received data and source documents. Prepare and sort source documents to identify and interpret data to be Contact source document authors to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data. Enter alphabetic, numeric, or technical and product information into computer from documents such as Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat (PDF) into the Company database platform. Verify all data entered, maintain accuracy and productivity goals to meet specified timeframes. Keep record of work completed. Qualifications and Education Must have knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word, Windows and Photoshop. Basic understanding of HTML. Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment. The ability to multitask. One year of experience in a Data Entry role. High school diploma or G.E.D is required.
