Creative Producer, Theatrical Creative Content Amazon MGM Studios is the home for talent creating and producing Original films and television series for a global audience. Original series premiere exclusively on Prime Video, which is available in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide. Amazon MGM Studios also produces and acquires Original movies for theatrical release and exclusively for Prime Video, in addition to producing Original content for Freevee, Amazon’s premium free streaming service.

The Creative Producer (CP) for Theatrical Movies reports to the Head of Marketing Creative Content Production and is responsible for contributing to Original Theatrical Movie marketing campaigns by overseeing the production of key creative marketing and social AV and producing creative content on time and on budget in the most effective, creative and efficient manner possible.

The Creative Producer helps with creative capture planning, budgeting, on‑set BTS (Behind the Scenes) and EPK (on‑camera interviews), stand‑alone Social, event, and marketing AV shoots. They are also responsible for obtaining talent approvals and curating/delivering final assets. This position also helps produce creative content such as “making of” documentaries, marketing featurettes, sizzle reels and social content for major platforms. The Creative Producer works hand‑in‑hand with the cross‑functional teams, and external agencies throughout the life of a film campaign to help deliver high‑level creative AV.

A Theatrical Movies Creative Producer is passionate about narrative storytelling and well versed in film production, and post‑production and understands how all function within a global Theatrical marketing campaign. They are versed in SAG, WGA and DGA rules and regulations and have experience communicating with talent reps and filmmakers within the entertainment industry. This role requires experience and comfort with multi‑tasking, improvising, taking on new/evolving responsibilities, and working on several projects/tasks at once. This role is based in Culver City, CA but travel will be required.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
