As their project pipeline continues to expand, they're looking for a skilled Construction Estimator to join their team and play a key role in shaping our future work. Position Overview The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate, detailed cost estimates for commercial projects ranging from $5 million to $30 million. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of construction means and methods, and the ability to work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients. You’ll be involved from early conceptual budgeting through final GMP proposals, helping us win work and build lasting client relationships.
