Job Description
Salary:
$21.27-$25.85 hourly The Marketing Specialist Acquisition will play a key role in overseeing and managing Syntrios digital marketing efforts to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role is responsible for overseeing and executing integrated campaigns across several online channels. Key Responsibilities:
Implement, monitor, and improve PPC campaigns (Google, Bing, etc.) Plan and execute all paid digital media, including SEO, email, social media, and display advertising to increase in-bound leads. Build and optimize nurture email programs to improve engagement, retention, and conversion. Run A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives. Utilize strong strategic ability to evaluate customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Measure and report campaign performance and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Maintain accurate lead and campaign data including tagging, segmentation, and reporting. Stay current on digital marketing trends and propose innovative growth ideas. Identify insights and optimize spend and performance accordingly. Uphold brand standards and identity across all digital channels. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners. Requirements:
Proven success implementing and improving PPC campaigns for conversions. High-level of experience of website analytics tools (ex, GA4, Google Tag Manager) Knowledge of optimizing landing pages, and user funnels Direct, hands-on experience managing paid media channels, SEO, emails, social media, and display campaigns. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. Passion for continuous learning and professional development in digital marketing. Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in marketing or related field or equivalent experience. 2+ years of similar experience (marketing, advertising, sales) (preferred) Telecommunications and/or technology industry experience (preferred) Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot) and marketing automation tools (preferred) Related #J-18808-Ljbffr
