Description
We’re looking for a full-time Social Media Content Creator who can film, edit, and post daily content across multiple platforms. This person will work closely with our team to capture content, turn it into engaging videos, and consistently publish across all major channels.
Responsibilities
Film content (property tours, team content, lifestyle, behind-the-scenes)
Edit short-form and long-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube videos)
Post and manage content on: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Write captions, select hashtags, and optimize posts for engagement
Maintain a consistent posting schedule
Stay on top of social media trends and suggest new content ideas
Help grow brand presence and audience across all platforms
Qualifications
Experience filming and editing video content (portfolio required)
Proficiency with editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
Understanding of social media platforms and trends
Strong attention to detail and creativity
Ability to move fast and meet deadlines
Self-starter with a positive, team-oriented attitude
Compensation $60,000+/-
