Join our Marketing team as a
Content Specialist
to drive our
B2B expert
presence. You will produce
high-quality content
for tech leaders to increase our Google search visibility (including AI Mode/Overviews) and authority in LLM search tools like Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT. Your work builds topical authority and directly generates business demand. You will establish our brand as a primary resource for industry expertise.
Our technical teams are very engaged in supporting the content creation especially on emerging technologies where showing our depth of expertise is paramount.
Responsibilities
Creating article outlines aligned with SEO best practices, LLM search, and user intent.
Creating content based on interviews with our internal experts, their experience, and real-life case studies.
Preparing interview questions, conducting expert interviews, extracting examples, practical insights, and non-obvious learnings.
Taking initiative by:
Proposing additional topics and content expansions based on expert conversations.
Suggesting cluster development and internal linking improvements.
Conducting research, analyzing information, reviewing internal materials, and writing substantive, high-quality articles based on collected materials and insights.
Conducting outreach to external experts, collecting comments, quotes, or short external expert feedback for the articles.
Using AI tools consciously and critically as process support (research, structuring, outlining), not as content generators.
Working effectively within an established content process.
Extracting key insights from articles to support the creation of visuals or to repurpose the content effectively.
Improving readability and scannability of content, SEO optimizations.
Being open to support in other areas of marketing when needed.
Requirements
Proven experience in creating expert B2B content for a clearly defined audience.
Ability to work with technical topics, understand the language engineers use, and ask relevant, insightful questions.
Knowledge on how to optimize certain types of content to generate qualified leads.
SEO knowledge, including:
User intent and audience needs.
Internal linking.
Topic clusters.
Article structure and on-page optimization.
Experience working with SEO checklists and supporting tools (nice to have: Surfer SEO, Ahrefs).
Familiarity with Webflow CMS is a plus (not required).
Basic ability to analyze content performance using Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity heatmaps.
Ability to use AI tools to support the content process, with a clear understanding of AI limitations in content creation.
Excellent communication skills and ease in building relationships with experts.
Ability to guide conversations without dominating them.
Strong sense of ownership and good work organization.
Proactivity and curiosity in proposing topics, improvements, and solutions.
Openness to feedback and a strong willingness to learn and grow.
