Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will serve as Bodega Taqueria y Tequila’s
internal brand champion and strategic lead , managing the brand’s third-party marketing agency while partnering closely with Operations leadership and General Managers to develop promotions, events, and localized marketing initiatives that drive revenue, guest traffic, and engagement.
This role supports
seven locations across Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Chicago, and Washington, DC , requiring a strong ability to manage multi-market strategies while maintaining brand consistency and local relevance.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact and performance lead for Bodega’s external branding and marketing agency
Set clear campaign objectives, timelines, and KPIs across social media, influencer marketing, content production, website initiatives, and paid media
Manage the influencer marketing program in partnership with the brand’s external agency, ensuring alignment on strategy, deliverables, timelines, and performance goals
Ensure consistent brand positioning, nightlife relevance, and creative quality across all marketing channels
Lead regular status meetings to monitor execution, progress, and results
Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable strategies that increase guest traffic and revenue
Operations & Location Partnership
Collaborate closely with General Managers and Operations leadership to identify marketing opportunities that support business goals
Lead brainstorming sessions across locations to develop promotions, events, nightlife programming, and localized marketing plans
Support marketing rollout for menu launches, seasonal campaigns, activations, and new initiativesEnsure marketing efforts align with operational capacity, brand standards, and guest experience expectations
Act as the key link between marketing strategy and on-site execution
Brand Growth & Experiential Marketing
Support local partnerships, community engagement initiatives, and brand collaborations
Coordinate content production including photo and video shoots in collaboration with agency partners
Stay informed on nightlife, hospitality, and cultural trends to keep the brand competitive and relevant
Contribute to new concept launches, programming strategies, and experiential activations
Track marketing performance and deliver monthly reporting and insights
Optimize marketing initiatives based on data, seasonality, and market trends
Partner with leadership on long‑term brand growth and positioning strategies

Qualifications
5+ years of marketing experience in nightlife, restaurant, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
Experience managing agencies and multi-location marketing initiatives
Strong understanding of social media, experiential marketing, and brand positioning
Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed for events and activations
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field preferred
