Unto Labs is a team of low-level engineers pushing distributed systems to the physical limits of modern hardware. We're building the next generation of blockchain technology, from core consensus primitives to performance-tuned networking stacks, on commodity servers. About the Role

We are seeking a driven and strategic Go-to-Market (GTM) / Marketing lead to define and execute Unto Labs’ external presence and messaging. You will own the development and refinement of our marketing strategy, building brand narrative, crafting messaging for deeply technical products, and leading the charge on campaigns to engage wide-ranging audiences, including developers, partners, and the general public. You’ll collaborate across engineering, product, and creative to position Unto Labs as a leading infrastructure provider and distinctive technology brand. Responsibilities

Define and evolve Unto Labs’ marketing strategy, brand positioning, and messaging to reach both technical and mainstream audiences

Design and execute campaigns for product launches, ecosystem milestones, developer events, and community initiatives

Build scalable content and communication systems across web, social, and advertising channels

Translate complex technical concepts—consensus protocols, cryptography, distributed systems—into clear and compelling storytelling

Guide and produce collateral including website copy, pitch decks, press releases, blog posts, and multimedia

Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and creative teams to capture and convey Unto Labs' unique value

Drive GTM initiatives including partnerships, event presence, and outreach

Measure and analyze marketing efforts to optimize reach and effectiveness

Qualifications

4+ years in GTM, brand marketing, or communications roles, preferably with technical or startup organizations

Proven ability to shape messaging for highly technical products and communicate to broad audiences

Experience building out marketing campaigns and brand strategy from early stage

Skilled at distilling complex topics into approachable narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment

Nice to Have

Experience with video production, design, or multimedia storytelling

Familiarity with blockchain, crypto, or distributed systems

Portfolio demonstrating brand, campaign, or product marketing
