
Fractional Marketing Strategist (Part-Time, Contractor)

The Counseling Hub is seeking a part-time Fractional Marketing Strategist to own and improve the client acquisition pipeline for our growing group therapy practice.
This role is responsible for ensuring a steady flow of client inquiries by monitoring marketing performance, diagnosing changes in referral sources, coordinating marketing initiatives, and recommending strategic adjustments. The Strategist owns the marketing metrics that drive growth, including traffic, inquiries, conversion, and online reputation.
This role focused on strategy, analysis, and coordination, not producing every piece of marketing content personally.
Position Summary The Marketing Strategist will report directly to the Integrator. The primary purpose of the Marketing Strategist position is to be accountable for maintaining and increasing monthly inquiry volume to support clinician caseloads.
Core Responsibilities
own the client inquiry pipeline and monitor monthly inquiry trends
track and report on key marketing metrics (traffic, inquiries, referral sources, conversion)
diagnose changes in inquiry volume and recommend adjustments to restore or increase client flow
coordinate SEO strategy, website improvements, and digital visibility effortsoversee Google Business Profile and online reputation systems
identify and test marketing experiments (ads, landing pages, referral outreach, etc.)
coordinate with external vendors or contractors executing marketing work
provide clear monthly reporting and strategic recommendations to leadership
oversee marketing materials to ensure alignment with brand and strategy
other duties as assigned
Success in this role is measured by:
stable or increasing monthly client inquiries
clear visibility into where new clients are coming from
improved online reputation and review growth
strategic alignment between marketing efforts and clinician specialties
Core Requirements
strong firsthand knowledge of marketing
high comfortability with technology and a willingness and ability to learn new platforms, as necessary
strong knowledge of analytics and reporting, including SEO and Google Analytics
ability to stay in alignment with brand-specific guidelines
strong understanding of current effective marketing practices
strong time management, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills
high levels of conscientiousness
Hours and Pay This is a part-time, fractional, contractor position, expected to work between 10-12 hours per week, unless previously approved for additional hours by the Integrator.
The rate for this position is $50/hour, to be paid on a semi-weekly pay schedule. Given that this role is a contractor role, there are no additional benefits associated with it.
