A well-established General Contractor in Houston is looking to add an experienced Estimator to their growing preconstruction team. This is a great opportunity to join a reputable builder with a strong pipeline of ground-up commercial work across multiple sectors. The Company This GC delivers ground-up commercial projects across office, retail, healthcare, education, municipal, and mixed-use sectors. Known for repeat business and strong client relationships, they offer long-term stability and a collaborative team environment. The Role As Estimator, you will play a key role in pricing and securing new ground-up commercial projects. You’ll work closely with ownership, project management, and field teams to develop accurate, competitive bids and budgets.
