Partnerships Lead - Hotels (Full-Time)
82DASH, Los Angeles, CA, United States
82DASH is on a mission to help physical businesses capture real, authentic moments from their customers - turning everyday guest experiences into powerful content, reviews, and repeat visits. Rewarding customer content with apple & google wallet.
We’re focusing on hotels and hospitality, and are looking for a full-time Partnerships Lead to drive adoption, close pilots, and get 82DASH live in real venues.
Tasks
Lead partnerships from the front: build and manage a pipeline of hotels and hospitality groups, and turn conversations into live pilots
Sell with clarity and speed - position 82DASH around real outcomes: more guest content, more reviews, more repeat visits
Onboard hotels end-to-end - from first call to live campaign, working closely with GMs, marketing teams, and front desk staff
Use our product as your playground - design and launch real-world flows for hotels (content capture, reviews, wallet cards, guest engagement)
Turn pilots into case studies and repeatable playbooks that can scale across groups and locations
Collaborate with founders and product - feed back what works, what breaks, and what needs to be built next
Do what’s needed to make it work - on-site visits, quick iterations, testing ideas in real environments
Requirements
Experience within the hotel or hospitality industry (required) e.g. hotel operations, partnerships, sales, or guest experience
Proven ability to sell and onboard technical tools (required) comfortable introducing new systems and getting non-technical teams live quickly
Strong commercial instinct - able to move from conversation to closed pilot
Experience working with operational teams, not just marketing
Ability to run end-to-end partnerships - from outreach to onboarding to expansion
Clear communicator, able to simplify product value in a practical, outcome-driven way
Independent, proactive, and comfortable working in an early-stage environment
Nice to have:
Experience with hotel systems or tools (PMS, CRM, guest experience platforms)
Existing network within hotels or hospitality groups
Experience launching pilots or new products in physical venues
Benefits
Work directly with founders shaping the product and go-to-market from day one
High-trust, high-ownership environment with real impact
Use real-world partnerships to drive product direction
Be part of something early - and help define how hospitality uses tools like this
Send your CV and a short note on why this role excites you, and any experience you have working with hotels or onboarding new tools.
