opportunity available with our
River Ranch Apartments
in
San Angelo, TX .
The Porter is responsible for the overall upkeep of the property grounds, janitorial needs in common areas, cleaning vacant apartments, and turning units when needed.
Schedule:
This assignment will begin on May 1st and will end on August 31st. Work schedule will run Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm.
Location: River Ranch Apartments 4225 S Jackson St San Angelo, TX 76903
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for cleaning all vacant apartments for new occupancy
Responsible for daily trash removal and cleaning of all public access and interior areas
Responsible for care, maintenance, and inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company related to housekeeping
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:
6+ months of experience in a similar role preferred
Must be detail-oriented
