Apollo Technical has an immediate need for a versatile Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join a leading industrial manufacturing team in Spring, TX!

Position Overview In this role, you will serve as a central hub for sales and marketing operations, managing everything from high-level trade show logistics to digital marketing coordination. You will be responsible for ensuring the brand is represented consistently across all platforms and events while providing critical administrative support to the executive sales leadership.

This position requires a blend of organizational expertise, creative marketing savvy, and the ability to manage complex logistical deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Trade Show & Event Coordination:

Plan and execute all aspects of trade show participation, including registration, vendor management, booth logistics, and post-show lead follow-up.

Collateral Management:

Oversee the inventory and distribution of sales materials, promotional items, and technical literature to ensure sales representatives have the tools they need.

Digital & Content Marketing:

Support the development of marketing campaigns, manage social media presence, and assist in creating content for newsletters, websites, and press releases.

Sales Operations Support:

Assist with quote management, customer order entry, and transaction processing within the ERP system (NetSuite).

Lead Management:

Facilitate the distribution of sales leads to the appropriate representatives and track conversion metrics.

Administrative Liaison:

Serve as a primary point of contact for external marketing agencies and internal departments to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

3+ years of experience in marketing, sales support, or event coordination.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).

Technical Proficiency:

1-2 years of experience with ERP software (NetSuite preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Communication:

Must be able to read and write fluently in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a strong plus.

Project Management:

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and vendor relationships simultaneously.
