What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Recruit, train, and develop relationships with contractors and Trade Allies to enhance program marketing
Develop outreach tactics for customer and trade ally recruitment
Collaborate with the application fulfillment team to track project statuses and assist with rebate applications
Assess multifamily buildings for energy efficiency opportunities and create long‑term plans with building owners
Serve as a liaison between customers and contractors to enhance overall program satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications)
3–5 years of experience in a relevant field
Bachelor's degree preferred
Background in Building Science preferred
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with contractors, customers, and team members
Ability to travel to customer sites as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in energy efficiency programs or similar industries
Proven ability to develop outreach strategies and engage with diverse stakeholders
Familiarity with project management and reporting
Strong analytical skills for assessing energy efficiency opportunities
Experience in event planning and coordination
