About the Role We’re hiring live selling hosts to join our streaming team. You’ll host live sales on camera, present plants to our collector audience, and keep the energy up show after show.
You should know plants well enough to talk care, rarity, and value without notes. On-camera comfort and the ability to hold an audience are just as important. Any live or video background helps: streaming, content creation, live events, broadcast, on-camera sales. We can train you on our platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Host engaging, high-energy live sales across our streaming platforms
Present rare and tropical plants on camera, covering care requirements, rarity, and collector value
Interact with live chat in real time and answer plant care questions
Maintain energy and professionalism throughout multi-hour live sessions
Help prep and organize plants before each show
Coordinate with the fulfillment team to flag any order questions that come up during a stream
Qualifications Required
Working knowledge of houseplants and/or rare tropicals: aroids, variegation, basic care needs
Comfortable and confident on camera with a natural, engaging presence
Outgoing personality with strong verbal communication skills
Able to stay focused and energetic during extended live sessions
Reliable and able to commit to a consistent streaming schedule
Preferred
Background in live or video formats: streaming, content creation, live events, broadcast, or on-camera sales
Existing plant community presence or social following on any platform
Quick to learn new tools and technology
