The
Junior Graphic Designer Intern
will support the Marketing team by assisting with day‑to‑day creative production across digital and print channels. This role is ideal for a design‑driven student eager to build hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced environment while contributing to real marketing deliverables and brand‑forward campaigns.
This is a hybrid internship - ability to work in our HQ White Plains office and remotely.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Support the Graphic Designer with daily creative and production tasks
Adapt and resize existing designs for a variety of formats and channels.
Manipulate files, prepare assets, and maintain organized digital asset libraries.
Assist with the creation of ad‑hoc marketing materials, including social graphics, internal communications, and collateral
Ensure consistent application of the brand's visual identity across all creative outputs
Collaborate with Marketing partners to understand project needs, apply feedback, and adjust designs accordingly
Key Learnings
Design fundamentals and how to interpret, adapt, and extend visual elements across formats while maintaining brand consistency
Taking creative direction, incorporating feedback, and collaborating within a design‑marketing workflow
Exposure to a professional creative process, from concept development to production‑ready files
Strengthening technical skills in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma depending on team environment)
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related creative field.
Foundational skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Strong sense of visual composition, typography, and layout.
Ability to take direction, stay organized, and manage multiple projects in a fast‑moving environment.
Interest in marketing, branding, and real‑world application of design across media
Benefits
Highly competitive hourly rate - $25.00 an hour (32 hours per week). Program is 8-10 weeks. Preferred start date 6/1/26.
