Senior GTM Recruiter

Are you passionate about building high-performing go-to-market (GTM) teams and driving revenue growth? Join our innovative and rapidly scaling stealth startup as a Recruiter, where you will focus on hiring top-tier Sales, SDR, and Account Executive talent in the Bay Area, specifically from tech startup environments.

In this role, you will own full-cycle recruiting while partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract exceptional GTM talent that will fuel our company’s growth.

What You’ll Do:

Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for GTM roles, including Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Account Executives (AEs), and other revenue-driving positions.

Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and build targeted strategies for Bay Area-based talent.

Source, screen, and engage candidates with proven experience in tech startups and high-growth environments.

Leverage platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify top-performing GTM candidates.

Build and maintain strong pipelines of active and passive candidates within the Bay Area startup ecosystem.

Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from outreach through offer negotiation and closing.

Stay informed on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies within the GTM space.

Support employer branding initiatives to attract top sales talent from leading startups.

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on GTM / Sales hiring.

Proven track record of placing candidates in roles such as SDRs, Account Executives, or Sales professionals.

Experience hiring for tech startups, ideally in early-stage or high-growth environments.

Strong network or experience sourcing candidates in the Bay Area talent market.

Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and modern sourcing techniques.

Ability to manage multiple roles and work closely with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Passion for connecting top GTM talent with high-growth opportunities.
