Corporate Tax Manager

Job Title: Corporate Tax Manager Location: Atlanta, GA 30309 Work Model: Hybrid – Minimum 3 days/week Key Responsibilities
Manage corporate tax compliance and ASC 740 tax provision projects
Lead client engagements from planning to completion
Review tax returns and identify tax‑saving opportunities
Work with IRS, state, and international tax authorities
Mentor and supervise associates and interns
Support multi‑state and global tax matters
Collaborate with internal tax specialists and client teams
Must‑Have Qualifications
Active CPA in Georgia (or reciprocity) OR JD with active law license
4–7+ years corporate tax compliance or consulting experience
Strong ASC 740 tax provision experience (prep, review, audit)
Recent public accounting experience (Top 15 firms preferred)
Experience with large multi‑state/national/global companies
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Willing to work onsite 3 days/week
