Mid-Level Real Estate Transactions Associate

The South Florida offices of Holland & Knight have an immediate opening for a real estate attorney with 3‑5 years of general commercial real estate transactional experience. The ideal candidate will have concentrated practice experience in one or more of the following areas: purchase and sale, joint‑venture negotiation, general commercial contract experience, and/or real estate lending work (borrower or lender side). Immediate transferable skills are required: organized, detail oriented, strong academic background, excellent communication and writing skills. This is an immediate need.
Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience.
Must be licensed or ready to become licensed to practice law in Florida.
JD from an ABA Accredited Law School.
This candidate must reside in South Florida at or prior to the time of hire and will work out of one of our Miami, Fort Lauderdale, or West Palm Beach offices. We believe there is significant value in working together in person and will expect the candidate to work in the office at least three business days per week.
