Licensed Insurance Agent Onsite in Las Vegas, NV!
We’re hiring Licensed Insurance Agents with active P&C licenses to support small business customers in a fast‑paced, inbound environment. This is a long‑term, contract‑to‑hire opportunity offering stability, career growth, and a strong promote‑from‑within culture.
What You’ll Do
Handle inbound, warm leads via phone and online applications.
Support small business customers with Property & Casualty insurance needs.
Manage approximately 25–50 inbound calls per day.
Navigate multiple systems and insurance products.
Schedule & Work Environment
Onsite position
Business hours: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST
Training schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
Occasional weekend work may be required.
Qualifications
Active insurance P&C license.
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Sales‑driven, motivated, and eager to grow.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, call‑center environment.
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Las Vegas, NV.
Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.52 - $24.52/hr.
