What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Assist with managing a property or group of properties, supporting the Property Manager's obligations
Supervise vendors and maintenance staff, ensuring quality service delivery
Conduct regular property inspections and recommend necessary maintenance
Prepare monthly reports for owners and assist in budget development
Respond to tenant needs and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
Minimum of 3 years of property management experience, preferably in commercial/Class A office management
Real Estate License where required by state law
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS 365 Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong customer service orientation and exceptional communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
RPA designation in progress
Experience with accounting software such as MRI, Yard, or CTI
Ability to handle multiple projects and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
