About the Role We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused

Personal Lines Risk Advisor

Key Responsibilities

Deliver personalized insurance advice and guidance tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals.

Clearly explain coverage options, policy details, costs, and potential risks to help clients make informed decisions

Conduct meetings with current and prospective clients in person, by phone, or virtually to assess and review insurance needs.

Build and maintain lasting client relationships through proactive communication and dependable service.

Process policy renewals, endorsements, and other changes accurately within the agency management system.

Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Assist clients in reporting claims and provide support as needed in coordination with the Claims Advocate.

Participate in required training, team meetings, and compliance initiatives to stay informed on industry best practices and company standards.

Qualifications and Desired Attributes

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of one to three years of customer service or insurance-related experience; prior experience in Personal Lines insurance preferred.

Licensing:

Property and Casualty license preferred but not required. (Company paid to attain and maintain CE)

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a client-focused approach.

Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.

Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Physical and Work Requirements

Ability to work effectively in an office environment for 40 or more hours per week

Frequent use of computer, phone, and other communication tools
