The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters Develop and manage HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook Oversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding Support managers with employee relations, performance management, and coaching Administer benefits, compensation, and payroll coordination Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Lead performance review processes and talent development initiatives Drive culture, engagement, and retention efforts Manage HR systems, records, and reporting Partner with leadership to align people strategy with business goals Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience Strong communication skills in English and Spanish. 5+ years' experience in Human Resources (generalist background strongly preferred) Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees Experience working independently or as the sole HR professional is a plus Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices Ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution High level of discretion, integrity, and emotional intelligence HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.) preferred but not required
